fb7299810fdc4612d4e0559465faef571662c6ef, #9/merged PR #10 provides immutable in-process evidence, knowledge vs effective projection and separate evidence/projection deltas. No delivered consumer publication contract follows merely from those functions or old PR #4 serialization. Router must identify the complete knowledge version supporting a decision and distinguish absence, staleness, conflict and critical withdrawal without MI on each inference call.Result and Boundaries
Inspect actual Router consumption contracts first. Agree the smallest versioned publication/artifact contract, with a producer–consumer conformance proof, not an invented approved endpoint/payload/CLI flag. MI owns publication, completeness/integrity and evidence meaning; Router owns admitted versions, freshness policy, offline fallback and runtime use. Preserve #9 temporal semantics; any necessary semantic change needs explicit separate accepted remediation, never silent schema rewriting here.
