Goal

Owner: Console verification. Demonstrate real supported consumption and failure behavior without promoting fixtures, HTTP200 or native review to full-system readiness.

Why / Current Evidence

Console seed d6468f3 has no live behavior; bootstrap tests will cover only tooling/scaffold. Producer source baselines: Kernel eb4f4a2956712bfaf39a3271e1523e7f77a91e26; Router 8d9d4b04bcb23fe19ff702b6209fbcb1537cdf1b; MI fb7299810fdc4612d4e0559465faef571662c6ef synthetic proof. Source sections 6,8,10,12,13; G01-G13 acceptance where Console consumes them.

Scope / Non-Goals

Version-pinned consumer fixtures, contract/integration/browser/security/a11y tests and a separate installed/live evidence receipt. No live inference by loading tests/UI, unbounded experiment, producer implementation or deployment automation.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Deterministic explicitly synthetic fixtures cannot enter live paths; actual producer receipt names exact revision/instance/principal/schema/observation and permitted operations.
  • Exercise missing peer, duplicate/reordered/missing events/gaps, stale/shared quota/unknown usage, mismatched versions, revoked/expired permission, HTML/script/link payloads, changed approval revision, denied mutation and timeout-after-acceptance.
  • Browser close does not cancel tasks; reconnect cannot take over control; loading/refreshing never triggers generation/reset/benchmark.
  • Keyboard/assistive technology and reviewed browser matrix exercised; contract/CLI parity at identical revision.
  • Evidence clearly separates unit/fixture, source inspection, CI, live read, mutation and inference proof. No readiness from unmerged producer PRs or fixture-only success.

Constraints

Read-first live proof needs bounded service access approval; mutations and inference need separate authority/cost budget, no authority from issue registration. Tests use isolated non-secret data; cache/export compatibility and negative migrations verified. Reuse upstream producer cases and established Playwright/a11y/contract tooling with pinned revision/license/privacy review. Priority P1 acceptance design, implemented alongside each feature. Numeric performance limits proposed only with measured assumptions.
