Bounded capability/identity/calibration contract research with original offline fixtures. Retain MI raw public evidence/identity relationships, Router reviewed calibration/adoption/private economics/matching, and Kernel requirements/adapter proof. ARCHITECTURE.md records mi.capability-boundary-research/1; owned-capability-boundary/1 is test-only, not an accepted production mapping/public payload schema. No third scale, benchmark conversion, private task classification, source acquisition, consumer product implementation, installed integration, deployment, inference or product GO.

Validation: allowlisted synthetic HOME/cache/temp, offline locked make check PASS107, Ruff lint/format33, basedpyright0, sync and staged/unstaged whitespace. Current-pin guarded -I -S -B verifier PASS15 with full-package Git blob verification, read-only exports and file/network/process/write restrictions. Historical #13 regression PASS16. Pure Router hard/sufficiency matching and Kernel narrow translation via owned in-memory exchange only, never ranker/gateway/real HTTP/provider/runtime.

Artifacts embed #13 validated public evidence and preserve each limit's observation/revision/assertion. Scope/member/source pins, provider-qualified surface and complete declared identity/configuration checked before use. Serialized missing/null/stale/conflicting/not-yet-acquired evidence refuses mapping. This owned context is effort-dependent: omitted/null effort, including empty or opaque-only configuration, is non-mapping. Known none/ultra configurations have distinct applicable cuts/receipts. Native units/meaning, raw benchmark noncomparability, unknown physical model/alias ambiguity and incompatible versions retain explicit diagnostics; no second ranker. Exact requirement/calibration/configuration context captured before evaluation and #13 decision-bound reference reused.

Production mapping acceptance, rich Kernel producer, installed adoption/emission, local adapter/entitlement attestation and product GO remain outside receipt. #14 AC5 separately accepted local production contract remains reserved.
