Problem and Evidence

At develop fb7299810fdc4612d4e0559465faef571662c6ef, deltas.py has evidence/projection comparisons, but there is no delivered MI status/inspect CLI or Console state/event contract. A delta between endpoints is not automatically an event-history/reconnect feed. Operators cannot diagnose last complete snapshot, freshness, failed sources, conflicts or rejected updates via the product.

Original Result and Acceptance (Preserved for Traceability)

  1. Inspect existing CLI/Console state/event conventions before agreeing an MI-owned contract; no approved endpoint/flag/payload is invented in this task. Status, inspection and Console export derive from the same MI facts: last successful recognizable snapshot/version, source health/freshness, conflicts, effective/public-rule state and semantic changes.
  2. Demonstrate user diagnosis of failed refresh, incomplete/rejected artifact, stale/unknown/conflicting/withdrawn evidence, future announcement vs effective change, expired promotion and format/transport-only noise. No false readiness/free-price or invented cause from endpoint delta. Include actionable, non-secret diagnostics and offline inspection.
  3. Contract and producer–consumer tests define correlation, version, reconnect/deduplication position, history scope/retention and explicit gaps/unavailable history.
