Goal

Owner: Console state client/projections. Reconstruct supported views from producer facts without becoming a state engine.

Why / Current Evidence

Browser reconnection must not lose authority or manufacture history. Console seed d6468f3 has no clients. Kernel eb4f4a2956712bfaf39a3271e1523e7f77a91e26 has distinct history/spec/aggregate revisions; Router 8d9d4b04bcb23fe19ff702b6209fbcb1537cdf1b has no public replay feed and status collects live capacity; MI fb7299810fdc4612d4e0559465faef571662c6ef endpoint deltas are not an event log. Source sections 4,6,12; G08/G11/G13.

Scope / Non-Goals

Namespaced instance IDs, snapshots/revisions/observation, exact supported correlations, per-source cursor/dedup/resume/gap/resync, bounded buffers and progress coalescing. Polling is allowed only as an honest snapshot adapter. No global event order, business transitions, trace-as-accounting, DB scraping or scheduler.

Acceptance Criteria

  • One producer offline/missing/denied/unsupported leaves peers usable; retain and label stale last-known state separately from transport connectivity.
  • Duplicate/reordered/missing events, expired cursor, restart and retention loss result in contractual dedup or explicit gap/resync, never silently complete history.
  • Browser closure does not cancel tasks; reconstruction does not take over producer control. Similar names/times cannot correlate unrelated records.
  • High-volume progress cannot obscure owner decisions or exhaust the client; evaluate measurable limits against producer semantics and tested assumptions.
  • Disposable cache loss/migration rebuilds views without changing producer state; CLI comparison uses the same source revision/policy.

Constraints

Privacy: minimize/cache only authorized fields, no secrets/offline credential caches. Unsupported security-critical versions fail closed; migrations retain namespace and gap meaning. Reuse supported producer clients/event/query/backpressure primitives after semantics/license review; no custom event engine if adequate primitive exists. Priority P1 consumer foundation after read/auth contract design. Synthetic deterministic tests first; live access separately authorized, no inference on reads.

Parent #1; Console read/auth contract issue; Kernel Creatidy/creatidy-kernel#57 and /issues/60; Router BioMedical-IT/scarcity-router#183; MI Creatidy/model-intelligence#16.
