Scope and Authority
Refs #6. Explicit owner mandate: MI owns and publishes the initial versioned operator/export contract; Console supplies consumer requirements and validates/adopts it. This is a bounded dependency/documentation correction, not implementation or completion of Console #6.
Canonical issue #6 body is corrected, with the durable owner decision at #6 (comment). No new/duplicate task or MI/other-repository mutation.
Changes and Acceptance
Tracked changes: docs/contracts.md and docs/roadmap.md only. No adapter/UI, BFF, browser topology, producer schema, new dependency, live/private access or weakened security.

issue-6-mi-contract-dependencies.Validation and Review
make installpassed, 221 exact locked packages, lockfile unchanged.npm_config_offline=true make checkpassed in an explicit clean environment with synthetic HOME/cache/TMPDIR, including a rerun on the exact committed HEAD: formatting, 20 Markdown files, AST links, current-public secretlint, strict TypeScript, 21 tests in 3 files, temporary static build and project/runtime license validation with cleanup.git diff --checkpassed; clean committed source.make checksuccessfully. No remediation commits.READY_TO_MERGE for this bounded correction only. Standalone delivery leaves the PR unmerged and #6 open. No merge, closure, release or deployment is authorized.
Repository checks validate documentation/scaffold/tooling only. No actual MI contract fixtures, consumer integration or browser/installed acceptance were implemented or exercised; historical producer source evidence is preserved, not represented as current delivery.
