Why / Current Evidence

Subscription-first users need convenient status and costs, not misleading savings/best-model claims. Console seed d6468f3 has no resource view. Router 8d9d4b04bcb23fe19ff702b6209fbcb1537cdf1b separates recommendation/gateway/admin; /v1/status collects live capacity, static admin resources omit derived resources, historical inventory receipt does not prove connection. Exact producer dependency normalization after canonical issue-title check: Router #174/#178 executable recommendation/pin, #175 task/harness requirements, #179 identity/opaque variant, #181 protocol subset, #184 G12 economics/access-mode/pool/call-cost, #183 views and #140 state correctness. #185 is version compatibility, not accounting. Kernel #56 owns whole-task budget and #58 export. Console #2/#3/#8/#10/#12 gate this consumer. No producer source changes or live collection/inference were performed.
