Problem and Evidence

At develop fb7299810fdc4612d4e0559465faef571662c6ef, #9/PR #10 supplies synthetic immutable observations/claims and controlled temporal projection, no source acquisition/normalization/refresh operation. Production users cannot obtain lawful current evidence from that proof alone. This is a known product gap, not evidence of a vulnerability in a nonexistent fetcher.

Result and Scope

After #12 proves value/rights and #13 establishes publication semantics, implement the smallest permitted-source acquisition/normalization and refresh slice with demonstrated model/benchmark/surface/public-price-plan-promotion coverage. Preserve #14 identity/calibration boundary; expand only to accepted source scope. Do not recreate upstream catalogs, build a generic crawler/scheduler, store account state or publish source data without rights.

Acceptance

  1. Reproducible captures/provenance record source and revision/reference, subject, acquisition/observation/publication time when known, applicability and independent freshness, uncertainty and rights. Preserve benchmark context/units, alias/channel/configuration distinctions and public offer price/quota units, plan/model/access/harness scope, dates/timezones/conditions. Missing boundaries remain unknown, not guessed.
  2. Refresh failure/disappearance leaves last successful version/history intact, never renews freshness/promotion or signals cessation. Future revisions, explicit withdrawal, correction, natural expiry, conflicting sources, missing current price and formatting-only changes have distinct tested outcomes using #9 invariants and #13 conformance. Unknown never becomes zero/false or private entitlement.
  3. Inspect reuse parsers/source adapters/temporal algorithms/mappings/fixtures/tests at exact revisions; compare safety and negative semantics as well as code/data/API redistribution rights. Reuse existing refresh mechanisms where sufficient; document why any local code remains necessary and required NOTICE/attribution.
  4. Threat-model untrusted retrieval and parsing, including malicious source text/prompt injection, malformed/oversized content, redirect/unexpected origin and partial responses. After verified closure, full canonical SELECT resumes for remaining issues' own gates.
