Priority: P2

Type: final acceptance.

This active scope supersedes conflicting historical descriptive scope, priorities and dependencies. The entire previous body is preserved unchanged under Historical Scope And Evidence; its evidence, unknowns, dispositions and review counters are not reset. PR #104 is integrated at ace7175e087cd70e207594f5631c8f4f70fabfd4; historical pending wording is not current integration status. Prepared A/B are registered as #105/#106. Publication is not feature implementation or overall alignment acceptance.

Goal

Receive the implemented declared product profiles through actual installed paths.

Why

Component mocks, narrow merged PRs and preparatory inventories do not establish full user outcomes. Preserve prior G01-G13 and live-protocol evidence without repeating PoCs.

Scope

One complete Program through pull and managed push over the same core, heterogeneous resource bindings, authorization, review/remediation, budgets, recovery, export and upgrade/refusal; exact strict Router integration remains a required separate profile cell, not silently waived.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Test the actual built installed artifact outside the checkout using real shipped handlers/adapters: approve ordinary work, dependency ordering, claim/handoff/execute/submit/review/fix/accept/synchronize. Pull and push cannot diverge in acceptance or mutate two sources of work truth.
  2. Receive Forgejo compatibility and a Jira/GitHub/Jenkins/Confluence configuration with independent identities/authority, real executable adapter paths, native partial/refusal semantics and migration. Synthetic external services are deterministic acceptance fixtures, not claims of live interoperability.
  3. Exercise lost/duplicate receipts, changed source/base/policy, incomplete pages, unsupported capability, provider outage, missed heartbeat, claim collision/expiry, manual edits, uncertain external writes, cooperative STOP versus managed settlement, owner disconnect, event gap/reconnect and privacy refusal.
  4. Receive strict #52 profile only with actual producer/consumer main/tool/helper/pin/retry/admission/recovery proof. The existing Kilo multipart failure remains failed until genuinely resolved; basic profile acceptance must not be advertised as completing this strict acceptance obligation.
  5. Receive #56/#58 costs/unknowns/corrections, exact #54 review lineage, #57 auth/events, #59 ownership and #62 supported-platform/state/profile migrations with versioned evidence manifests and limits.
  6. Live acceptance requires a separately approved exact artifact, disposable resources, accounts/effects/network/privacy scope and finite numeric time/attempt/money envelope, including STOP/unknown rules. Without it record the cell unreceived, not an offline pass as live or product GO.

Dependencies

Native predecessor plan: #105, #106, #52, #56, #57, #58, #59 and #62. Optional #55 direct-MI expansion is not a mandatory component; the already delivered utilized-reference path remains covered. No component depends on #60, no mandatory Console/IDE, no every-future-provider/version promise, no automatic merge/deploy. Native edge publication is separate from this body amendment.

Constraints

ADR 0012 and ADR 0011 govern this work. Keep inward dependencies (adapters -> ports -> core) and a self-contained public core. No new coding agent, tracker, catalogue, gateway or generic workflow DSL; no credential/runtime-state copying. Preserve old bytes, IDs and unknowns, all historical evidence and review counters, and #53 CLOSED/NOT IMPLEMENTED with PR #85 CLOSED/UNMERGED; its diagnostic is not accepted implementation. Require synthetic offline tests plus the installed path and fresh independent exact-subject review. Live inference/effects/releases require separate authority. Registration/publication grants no production credentials, paid/live execution, external mutation, release or deployment authority.

The single active priority above follows the integrated Priority Contract: P2 is required integration, evidence/operability or installed reception; this issue is important but downstream, not immediately eligible. Eligibility and evidence precede priority; no rank bypasses prerequisites, owner decisions or STOP_REVISE. Historical descriptive priorities are superseded, not deleted. Excluded invalid/wontfix/duplicate dispositions and unchanged /loop ordering remain intact; this amendment selects no feature for execution.

PR #102 establishes bounded synthetic storage/schema/profile byte/mtime safety only, not a full platform/migration pass or real rollout. PR #100 is negative strict Kilo/Router evidence, PR #101 is retained provenance only, #54/PR #92 is synthetic-first review/remediation, and #90/PR #93 is bounded cancellation settlement/recovery, not general normal-completion or escaped-descendant proof. Prior reception preparation and its ordinal 4/10 remain historical delivery evidence, not this issue's completion.

Producer evidence correction supplied for this publication: SR develop 4a182affa4775a4a38b47860ad7622a099c56c4a, #222/PR #223, integrates default-off D-082 opt-in MI admission. It does not establish real-source positive adoption or expand this Kernel issue's external scope; Router/MI operation and policy remain their owners' responsibility.

Historical Scope And Evidence

Goal

Owner: Kernel integrated acceptance. Independently receive the installed public ordinary-task path from approved intake through controlled harness/Router calls, verification/review/remediation, recovery, local evidence and owner-visible status, with representative negative/outage/concurrent scenarios. Source: shared architecture v1.0, sections 1-8, 9.2-9.4, 10-18 via #46 brief. G01-G13 coverage here is reception, not a replacement for their implementation issues.

Why

Green synthetic component suites and documentation approval do not prove a working user integration. Historical #143/#166 cases remove narrow risks but cannot stand in for full product acceptance. Owners need exact installed-version evidence and a clear boundary between ready capability and authorized real task.

Current Evidence

Kernel eb4f4a2956 integrates K1-K8 plus bounded frozen tasks/public operator; no product ordinary intake, gateway route, durable review loop, served Console state or whole-path budget implementation. #30 D1 is a narrower demonstration; #34 closed INFRASTRUCTURE_BLOCKED and #39 TASK_STALE with no product inference, not successful reception. MI #9/PR #10 synthetic proof is integrated, not installed publication path. Router #141 is representative-client acceptance, not Kernel task acceptance.

Scope

Prepare deterministic composed producer-consumer fixtures and an owner-approved live acceptance protocol, then execute only after implementations/contracts and live authority are separately granted. Use installed artifacts on documented Linux/WSL environments, scoped disposable tasks/accounts/workspaces and exact versions/SHAs. Include ordinary fresh/stale issue, at least one actual review/remediation changed candidate, UI/reconnect and multiple-task ownership only to supported contract. Verify negative/unknown behavior as carefully as success; evidence completeness, migration and safe operator next actions are part of reception.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Independent evaluator walks documented install/config/readiness -> approved spec -> meaningful requirements -> persisted route -> controlled harness -> exact candidate checks/review/remediation -> accepted outcome/export, without private repo, hand-built internals or manual result relaying.
  2. Restart/lost start or tool reply, cancellation/descendant uncertainty, gateway/MI outage, unsupported protocol/identity, stale issue/PR/source, manual edit, concurrency/cleanup and budget exhaustion preserve authority/durability/unknowns without duplicate effects or silent reroute.
  3. Every candidate change has fresh exact-SHA evidence/verdict and separately recorded formal review state; complete costs include failure/review/tools/retries/helpers and unknowns. No PASS/APPROVE absolute quality claim.
  4. State reconnect/dedupe/gap/notification and command revision/permission tests show owner-served semantics while SQLite retains durability; UI closure behavior is observed, not assumed.
  5. Installed upgrade/profile/state migration matrix verifies ciphertext/data survival and unsupported-platform refusal; reproducible sanitized evidence identifies code/adapter/producer versions, commands, permission scopes, receipts and limits.
  6. Produce explicit capability acceptance or precise blockers and ownership; no blanket READY_FOR_LIVE_TASK merely because docs/issues are complete. Live evidence is required for live integration claims, while inaccessible services/permissions stay unproved.
  7. A trusted-development receipt must show that new Kernel-controlled dispatch/external operations stop at the original deadline/revocation/STOP, and that deadline-triggered cancellation uses the same owned-process settlement gate and bounded termination evidence as user-requested STOP. A terminal Codex turn or successful interrupt acknowledgement alone is not settlement. Installed acceptance must cover a live descendant, an escaped/unobservable child, controller loss during termination or before durable settlement evidence, and incomplete termination evidence. Until the exact settlement witness is verified, retain the workspace, report unknown or cancel_uncertain, and block acceptance/publication and a conflicting successor Attempt; independent eligible tasks with non-conflicting resources remain eligible. It must separately disclose local native effects during termination. Such a receipt does not prove strict native-effect expiry or hostile-worker isolation. It must also record the selected Codex trust profile and same-principal provider-auth exposure; production/remote-write credentials are not made available to the native worker.

Reuse

Reuse all existing component conformance/crash fixtures and proved native/producer acceptance protocols before writing new test infrastructure. Review exact source/revision/license/attribution/security/negative coverage/dependencies/maintenance for any adopted acceptance tool; no new harness/review controller or general E2E framework for its own sake.

Dependencies And Priority

Final reception after #47/#48, approved intake/requirements (#49/#51), Router route (#52), verification/test-child profile (#50), review (#54), MI refs (#55), budgets (#56), served state (#57), export (#58), safe cache/concurrency/migration (#59/#61), platform matrix (#62), and user STOP evidence (#90). #53/PR #85 remains closed and its strict-expiry diagnostic is not a supported adapter or acceptance pass. Producer contracts must be accepted first. The actual Router #141 and MI #19 installed-acceptance receipts, producer/privacy/live-scope and independent-review gates remain required; no replacement by the local #53 diagnostic or synthetic fixtures. Fixture/protocol planning can start earlier, but unavailable functionality cannot be counted as received.

Constraints And Permissions

This is not a giant implementation issue: defects belong to their bounded owners; reception cannot lower criteria or replace missing work with a demo. Synthetic tests need no inference. Live receipt requires a separate owner-approved numerical envelope, inference/services/tool/effect scopes, privacy/isolation decisions and disposable artifacts. Registration grants no task execution, merge/deploy/release/main authority.

Non-Goals

No new functions hidden in reception, arbitrary production task, unapproved live inference or automatic integration/release.

Actual registered remaining component links (numbers returned by Forgejo, not predicted): source/cache/dispatch safety #61; concurrent controller/workspace/manual edits #59; installed contract/state/profile/platform migration #62. These join #47-#58 as reception prerequisites, with their own measurable acceptance, not implementation hidden in this integrated acceptance issue. Producer distribution/compatibility: Router #185/#186, MI #18/#19. Documentation PR acceptance cannot mark this reception complete or authorize any live inference/effect.

Owner Forgejo-First Acceptance Interpretation, 2026-10-29

Receive complete installed Forgejo pull/push behavior from #106 as the first product profile, without waiting for deferred heterogeneous #105 to implement that core path. A Forgejo-first received cell is not full #60 closure or product GO: retain AC2's Jira/GitHub/Jenkins/Confluence heterogeneous cell and native #105 dependency for final broad acceptance, AC4 strict Router proof, remaining export/served-state/platform dependencies, and separately authorized live acceptance. The owner has deferred #105 to P3 pending explicit reactivation, not waived it or reversed ADR 0012. Preserve all prior historical/review evidence and the full active acceptance body. This later explicit owner decision sets implementation sequence only.
