Scope

Refs #103. Owner-authorized architecture/backlog maintenance only, no product code, PoC, new dependency/harness/proxy, live inference, production operation, cross-repository mutation, main/release/deploy or standalone merge.

Records ADR 0012: one durable core with complementary cooperative pull and dedicated managed push, capability-based integrations, independent Work Management/SCM/CI/Knowledge/Harness/Resource bindings, shared owner-served commands/status/events, work-level budgets versus Router quota/admission, and migration retaining accepted safety/durability. Preserves #53 closed/not implemented, #52 multipart/fail-open-plugin negatives, Codex reference and existing immutable bytes.

Updates target/roadmap/contracts/migration/reuse/security and cross-references prior ADRs without rewriting their decisions. Corrects stale descriptions of already integrated #54/PR92 product review and #90/PR93 cancellation settlement, with explicit remaining normal-completion/clock gaps.

Canonical Backlog And Publication Gate

docs/architecture/backlog-alignment.md includes exhaustion evidence, all 13 open issue dispositions (four wontfix unchanged), complete prepared scope/acceptance/priority payloads for #52/#55/#56/#57/#58/#59/#60/#62, comparable P0-P3 semantics compatible with unchanged loop ordering, acyclic native-edge plan, two deduplicated genuinely missing functional issue proposals A/B, implementation sequence and pinned SR/MI/CC impact matrix.

These architecture-dependent issue bodies/priorities/edges are PREPARED, NOT APPLIED. A/B have no invented Forgejo IDs. The owner explicitly permits reviewed PR + complete prepared issue-update plan if standalone merge authority is unavailable. Owner merge/currentness verification precedes canonical publication and acceptance; ordinary development remains paused. Only mandate issue #103 is newly registered. No SR/MI/CC mutation.

Exact Subjects

  • HEAD: c0d5a65ffee7411e359b66c9a980887cdb5102d7
  • Canonical branch: issue-103-unified-work-architecture
  • Source inspection pins: SR 4162f6fa9f774beaf6e92d86b7ebc92f306da4bd; MI 8f572c332db8290b5dad9e03f5b0f960271a8349; CC 417372f189874a01dc0cd0ea9d494f18f4c180a4.
  • Original shared v1.0 architecture file unavailable in authorized public sources; recorded decisions used, no unseen content reconstructed.

Validation

Exact-commit gates executed by primary and independently by reviewer in the closed operational environment, offline locked cache and no ambient owner credentials:

  • uv run --locked pytest tests/test_repository.py: 4 passed, including documentation links.
  • make check: PASS, 1516 passed / 85 optional-native skipped / 106 subtests; Ruff format/lint, basedpyright, inward imports, secret scan and diff check passed.
  • make package-check: PASS, wheel/sdist rebuild, isolated install and CLI/intake/source smoke.
  • Reviewer diagnosed its initial 120s tool timeout during pytest, verified unchanged clean subject and completed the same gate with a 360s timeout; no test failure or weakened check.
  • Exact-head canonical CI run internal #3253 / UI #227: success, 2m32s, https://forgejo.creatidy.com/Creatidy/creatidy-kernel/actions/runs/227.
  • Only 16 documentation files changed; owner Git author/committer verified; checkout clean and synchronized. No dependency/tooling changes; audit not required. Native/live/profile-specific proof runners not rerun or claimed.

Independent Review And Currentness

Fresh native whole-PR architectural reviewer task ses_e857f149affefr8CbcYO7TaPVa, ordinal 1/10, returned APPROVE, findings [], exact HEAD/base above. It independently verified canonical repository/PR/ref identity, complete delta/current implementation/integrated histories, exact public external contracts and required validation. Limits: architecture/prepared publication plan only; original shared file unavailable; specialized native/live proofs not rerun.

Post-review normal Git fetch plus MCP currentness matches the exact approved HEAD/base/merge-base; PR remains open/unmerged to develop; clean local branch. Final issue inventory remains 13 actual open issues, next page empty, four unchanged wontfix exclusions; no QUEUE_EMPTY/feature-selection claim.

READY_TO_MERGE for documentation PR only. No standalone merge or issue closure performed. Required owner action: merge this exact reviewed/current PR under existing protection/currentness gates. Then resume architecture/backlog maintenance for fresh dedup, actual body/priority/native-edge publication and read-back/acceptance according to the prepared plan. #103 remains open; an approved PR alone does not complete the full mandate or permit ordinary development.
