Active Architecture Publication And Consistency Mandate

Priority: P1

Type: architecture/backlog maintenance. This active section supersedes conflicting historical scope, priority and preparation-time authority text below; the entire original body and all comments remain evidence.

Goal

Publish and objectively verify the canonical backlog implementing the accepted unified work-coordination architecture integrated by PR #104 at ace7175e087cd70e207594f5631c8f4f70fabfd4, then record evidence-conditioned delegated consistency acceptance.

Why

Integrated architecture and narrow historical deliveries must be distinguished from actual functional publication and full acceptance. An integrated documentation PR alone does not prove the canonical backlog was published.

Scope

Execute the complete issue payloads, comparable priorities and native dependency plan in integrated docs/architecture/backlog-alignment.md; freshly deduplicate/register its two functional issues, update #52/#55/#56/#57/#58/#59/#60/#62, preserve original bodies/comments/PRs/counters and unchanged excluded #15/#30/#37/#44. Verify all published records and the accepted predecessor evidence. Independently audit actual postpublication architecture/code/issues/dependencies and current SR/MI/CC producer contracts, read-only externally. Maintain the CK-local impact report and publish exact receipts here.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Verify PR #104 merged, exact merge/head ancestry and current canonical develop. ADR 0012 is integrated authority; preparation-time pending-integration wording is historical, not evidence that PR #104 remains open.
  2. Every nonexcluded current issue has complete active functional scope and acceptance, one comparable Priority: Pn field, actual issue links and preserved Historical Scope And Evidence. Create no duplicate or revived rejected issue; aliases are not API IDs.
  3. Publish and canonically read back every planned native edge in both directions; verify bounded acceptance of closed predecessors and acyclicity. No #59 -> #57, ordinary-engine -> #57/#52/#55, component -> #60 or mandatory SR/MI/Console basic-work gate.
  4. Record exact postpublication revisions, exclusion/history checks and independent fresh-context ALIGNMENT_PASS or ALIGNMENT_FAIL with evidence. Correct scoped material findings and obtain a fresh complete review before acceptance.
  5. The CK-local SR/MI/CC impact report identifies current revisions/contracts/issues, owners, priorities, required/optional/unverified changes and precise gating stage without external mutation or unsupported live claims.
  6. Only after integrated #104, verified complete publication, fresh independent PASS with no unresolved material findings and no newer conflicting owner decision, record ARCHITECTURE_BACKLOG_ALIGNED here as delegated objective consistency acceptance, not a claim the owner personally reviewed or that full product/live acceptance passed.
  7. Preserve the existing canonical CLOSED disposition observed at 2026-10-27T00:21:03Z; closure itself is not completion evidence. Add verified completion evidence without reopening or erasing history. Under the owner's explicit 2026-10-27 instruction, successful consistency acceptance is followed by fresh SELECT and normal repository /loop in the primary context, without another owner confirmation.

Constraints

ADR 0012 and ADR 0011; dependencies inward; public self-contained core. This publication task changes no product code and adopts no coding agent, tracker, catalogue, gateway or generic workflow DSL. No credential/runtime-state copying, external repository mutation, paid/live inference, production operation, real key/profile migration, release/deployment/main or safety bypass. Preserve old bytes/IDs/unknowns, #53 CLOSED/NOT IMPLEMENTED and PR #85 CLOSED/UNMERGED. PR #100 remains negative compatibility evidence, #101 bounded provenance and #102 bounded synthetic platform/ciphertext evidence. Preserve all review ordinals and counters. Synthetic offline and installed evidence never means live acceptance. The explicit owner mandate delegates consistency acceptance and later /loop; it does not redesign the architecture or grant broader external effects. Functional implementation has no predecessor edge to this maintenance issue.

Priority taxonomy: P0 evidenced urgent safety/data-integrity emergency (none assigned); P1 core functionality/authority/data-integrity foundation; P2 required integration/compatibility/operability/downstream acceptance; P3 optional independent capability. Historical descriptive priority is retained but superseded by the active field; existing /loop selection is unchanged.

  • Owner mandate: explicit architecture publication, delegated consistency acceptance and /loop continuation instruction, 2026-10-27T00:24:56Z.
  • Integrated PR: #104
  • ADR 0012: ace7175e08/docs/adr/0012-unified-work-coordination-and-drivers.md
  • Publication payloads/dependency/impact plan: ace7175e08/docs/architecture/backlog-alignment.md
  • Current target and migration: docs/architecture/target.md, docs/architecture/migration.md at that integrated revision; ADR 0011 remains binding.
  • Publication, independent review and acceptance receipts will be recorded in comments with actual newly assigned functional issue IDs.

Historical Scope And Evidence

The complete prepublication body follows unchanged. Preparation-time authority statements reflect the earlier mandate; the direct 2026-10-27 owner instruction supplies the additional publication/acceptance/continuation authority above.

Goal

Record the owner-authorized 2026-10-26 architecture revision of Creatidy Kernel as a vendor-independent work-control and resource-coordination layer, and reconcile the complete canonical CK backlog against it.

Why

Current bounded implementations and historical owned-session/gateway assumptions must not become competing product architectures or circular backlog prerequisites. The owner primarily uses Kilo; CK must complement existing harnesses without duplicating their model/tool loop, trackers, SCM/CI, Router or MI.

Scope

Documentation/ADR and CK backlog maintenance only. Define one durable core with complementary pull/push interaction modes, capability-based clients/adapters, separated Work Management/SCM/CI/Knowledge/Harness/Resource drivers, shared owner-served commands/status/events, work-level resource policy and a full-product migration. Inspect all open CK issues, relevant closed evidence, integrated PRs #100/#101/#102, native dependency edges and current SR/MI/CC contracts read-only. Prepare evidence-backed scope, acceptance, dependency and comparable-priority updates for every relevant open issue, deduplicating genuinely missing functional work.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. New numbered ADR and current architecture establish one precise target: identity, claims/fencing/expiry, authority, review/acceptance, durable effects, unknown/recovery and honest STOP semantics across pull/push.
  2. Driver ownership, provider-qualified nonnumeric identity, capabilities/versions, freshness/pagination/native semantics, mutations/receipts/reconciliation, compatibility/refusal and Forgejo migration are explicit.
  3. Preserve ADR 0011, #53 closed/not implemented, #52 Kilo multipart and fail-open-plugin evidence; basic work coordination is independent of enforced Router gateway compatibility without weakening strict route/pin/admission profiles.
  4. Complete canonical backlog review includes every open issue and its comments/dependencies, integrated versus remaining evidence, complete functional acceptance, justified comparable priority and executable ordering without circular prerequisites.
  5. SR/MI/CC impact matrix names exact inspected revisions/contracts/issues, ownership, required versus optional changes and named unverified checks. No cross-repository mutations.
  6. Required repository validation and fresh independent whole-PR architectural review are recorded with exact base/head and preserved finite review ordinals.
  7. Architecture integration and canonical backlog publication are sequenced honestly: an unmerged ADR is a reviewed proposal, not integrated authority. If standalone merge authority is unavailable, preserve the reviewed PR and complete prepared issue-update plan and report the exact owner merge action. Resume no feature implementation.

Constraints

Explicit owner documentation/planning mandate, not /loop or feature implementation. No product source changes, additional PoC, new mandatory harness/dependency/proxy, live inference/paid calls, production operation, cross-project mutation, main/release/deploy or standalone merge. Documentation and issue text in English; final owner report in Polish. Existing independent-review and safety rules remain unchanged. Architecture/backlog acceptance precedes ordinary development resumption.

  • Owner mandate: current 2026-10-26 architecture/backlog revision request.
  • ADR 0007 and ADR 0011 in canonical CK documentation.
  • Existing open scope: #52, #55, #56, #57, #58, #59, #60, #62; historical wontfix issues remain unchanged.
  • Observation base: develop 26c7eb15a71affc11aba760387e2dae806053d4b (clean ordinary checkout, canonical Git fetch and MCP repository access verified).

Canonical Publication And Cross-Project Impact Receipt, 2026-10-27

Direct owner mandate at 00:24:56Z delegates publication, fresh independent consistency review, objective acceptance on the already approved criteria, and subsequent normal /loop. This comment records facts, not final acceptance. PR #104 is MERGED by adrian.tkacz at ace7175e087cd70e207594f5631c8f4f70fabfd4; approved head c0d5a65ffee7411e359b66c9a980887cdb5102d7 is an ancestor of fetched canonical develop, which currently equals that merge. #103 had already been closed at 00:21:03Z; that disposition is preserved, not treated as publication proof.

Actual Functional Registrations

  • #105: independent Work Management/SCM/CI/Knowledge drivers, functional Forgejo and Jira/GitHub/Jenkins/Confluence installed composition, P1; prepared alias A.
  • #106: ordinary approved Program execution through one shared pull/managed-push application lifecycle, P1; prepared alias B.
  • Fresh complete prepublication issue inventory was 12 actual issues, pages 5+5+2+empty, all 33 comments, seven labels plus empty, no priority labels/native edges. All-state exact-title searches and relevant closed-scope comparisons found no equivalent A/B delivery. Existing #15/#30/#37/#44 remain exact wontfix exclusions, untouched and unranked. #53 and PR #85 remain CLOSED/NOT IMPLEMENTED and CLOSED/UNMERGED.

Native Dependency Publication

All 28 writes succeeded through supported native MCP. A separate read-only verification completed at 00:31:38Z: both directions across all 23 affected/predecessor/excluded issues were paged through explicit empty terminal pages. Exactly 28 expected edges, exact inverses, no missing/unexpected edges or cycles; all eight closed predecessors have no further native dependencies.

## Canonical Publication And Cross-Project Impact Receipt, 2026-10-27 Direct owner mandate at 00:24:56Z delegates publication, fresh independent consistency review, objective acceptance on the already approved criteria, and subsequent normal /loop. This comment records facts, not final acceptance. PR #104 is MERGED by adrian.tkacz at `ace7175e087cd70e207594f5631c8f4f70fabfd4`; approved head `c0d5a65ffee7411e359b66c9a980887cdb5102d7` is an ancestor of fetched canonical develop, which currently equals that merge. #103 had already been closed at 00:21:03Z; that disposition is preserved, not treated as publication proof. ### Actual Functional Registrations - #105: independent Work Management/SCM/CI/Knowledge drivers, functional Forgejo and Jira/GitHub/Jenkins/Confluence installed composition, P1; prepared alias A. - #106: ordinary approved Program execution through one shared pull/managed-push application lifecycle, P1; prepared alias B. - Fresh complete prepublication issue inventory was 12 actual issues, pages 5+5+2+empty, all 33 comments, seven labels plus empty, no priority labels/native edges. ### Native Dependency Publication All 28 writes succeeded through supported native MCP. | Issue | Required Native Predecessors | |---|---| | #105 | none | | #59 | #48, #50, #61, #90 | | #56 | #48, #49, #54 | | #106 | #105, #59, #56, #49, #54 | | #57 | #59, #106 | | #52 | #47, #51 | | #55 | #105 | | #58 | #56, #106, #54 | | #62 | none | | #60 | #105, #106, #52, #56, #57, #58, #59, #62 | | #103 | none | No #59 -> #57, #106 -> #57/#52/#55, component -> #60 or external native dependency was installed. Actual accepted predecessor merges/receipts were verified, not inferred from closure: #47/PR66 `5048c5c` comment14822 (bounded research only); #48/PR69 `cb4afda` comment15442 (owned-session/envelope, not boot-clock or universal settlement); #49/PR73 `a9a6500` comment15506 (inert preparation); #50/PR74 `1deb329` comment15570 (verification/test-child boundary only); #51/PR76 `56a95aa` comment15673 (recommendation only); #54/PR92 `40eea02` comment17600 (durable synthetic-first review/remediation); #61/PR75 `71c1327` comment15652 (qualified source ownership, not work claims); #90/PR93 `a7da7c7` comment17647 (bounded cancellation settlement, not normal completion/escaped descendants). Each merge is an ancestor of current develop and has the reviewed-head tree. All historical counters remain preserved. ### CK-Local Refreshed Impact Report Read-only canonical refs matched clean local public source: SR `4a182affa4775a4a38b47860ad7622a099c56c4a`; MI `8f572c332db8290b5dad9e03f5b0f960271a8349`; CC `417372f189874a01dc0cd0ea9d494f18f4c180a4`. PR #101 remains bounded provenance; PR #102 remains synthetic storage/ciphertext evidence. Documentation-status/impact corrections are being prepared on ordinary branch `issue-103-publish-architecture-backlog`, with no product-code changes; they are not canonical until reviewed/integrated. Phase A Body Read-Back Complete

Supported MCP publication and separate read-backs completed for all required issue bodies. Active ranks/numbered acceptance criteria: #52 P2/6, #55 P3/5, #56 P1/6, #57 P1/6, #58 P2/5, #59 P1/6, #60 P2/6, #62 P2/5. #105 and #106 each have P1 and six functional criteria; #103 has P1 maintenance scope and remains in its pre-existing CLOSED state. Every functional issue remains OPEN, with unchanged titles/labels/comments. The full prior bodies were compared unchanged as the suffix under Historical Scope And Evidence, and complete comment records (IDs, bodies and timestamps) were refetched unchanged. Named partial/rejected deliveries and counters remain evidence, not full acceptance.

Verification body timestamps at publication: #52 00:30:58Z; #55 00:31:31Z; #56 00:32:03Z; #57 00:30:48Z; #58 00:31:22Z; #59 00:32:33Z; #60 00:32:07Z; #62 00:32:44Z. Subsequent cross-references can change Forgejo updated_at without changing the body; these are observed read-back cuts, not immutable semantic body digests.

Actual #105/#106 identities appear in current scope/dependency/link records. Full payloads include the integrated ADR 0012/ADR 0011/shared constraints, no basic-work Router/MI/Console gate, offline installed functional behavior rather than fake-only deliverables, and separately authorized live acceptance. No priority label or independent scheduler was introduced. All 28 native edges and inverses were separately verified as described in comment19261.

This establishes publication/read-back, not delegated acceptance. Fresh independent whole-subject consistency review is the next gate. Documentation-only status/impact corrections will receive their own exact-HEAD review and required checks before any permitted integration.

ARCHITECTURE_BACKLOG_ALIGNED

Delegated, evidence-conditioned objective consistency acceptance, under the owner's direct 2026-10-27T00:24:56Z instruction and previously approved architectural criteria. This is not a claim the owner personally performed the independent postpublication review, not full functional/product acceptance, and not live/production GO.

Passed Gates

  1. PR #104 remains integrated in canonical develop at merge ace7175e087cd70e207594f5631c8f4f70fabfd4, reviewed head c0d5a65ffee7411e359b66c9a980887cdb5102d7, ancestry/tree verified. ADR 0012 is authoritative; its preparation-time pending wording is historical.
  2. Actual functional issues #105 and #106 are registered after fresh dedup. Required active scopes/ACs/shared constraints/priorities were published to #52/#55/#56/#57/#58/#59/#60/#62 and maintenance #103. Completion And Continuation

#103 was already CLOSED at00:21:03Z before publication; its state is preserved without reopening/reclosing. This receipt, not that early closure, establishes completion of canonical publication and delegated consistency acceptance. PR107 is currently independently approved but UNMERGED; no claim its documentation corrections are already canonical. It is the remaining scoped documentation integration artifact and must use normal exact-head supported PR integration, never direct develop push.

The owner-authorized normal /loop continuation may now begin in this same sole primary context, retaining all histories/counters and a fresh full canonical SELECT before functional implementation. At this receipt, /loop transition and functional implementation have not yet been claimed. Integrated Completion And Actual /loop Transition

After evidence-conditioned ARCHITECTURE_BACKLOG_ALIGNED comment19309 and the owner-facing Polish publication/acceptance report, normal /loop continuation was activated in the same sole primary Kilo context as invocation kernel-loop-20261027T005900Z, under the owner's explicit PhaseD instruction. No second controller/session, custom launcher, command rewrite or inferred authority.

The already-delivered scoped documentation follow-through was completed through existing FINISH/MERGE gates: fresh native exact-HEAD APPROVE3/10, findings[], required parent/independent makecheck/packagecheck and exactCI3257PASS, clean exact refs/final MCP currentness; supported normal MCP merge of PR #107 succeeded at00:59:26Z, merge e2348656238a2ff9a3244868e2beb543d86f15a5. Normal fetch/local fast-forward received that exact canonical develop; approved HEAD ff9e52da is an ancestor and complete merge tree equals the independently reviewed head, with empty diff/clean status. This is normal PR integration, not a direct develop push, force or auto-merge.

The canonical status/real-ID/priority/dependency/impact documentation corrections are NOW integrated, not merely an unmerged proposed update. ADR0012 meaning/product boundaries remain unchanged, product source unchanged. Earlier comments accurately describe their prior observation cuts.

#103's pre-existing CLOSED state is preserved; publication, delegated objective acceptance and reviewed documentation integration now have actual receipts. Historical103reviewordinals1/2/3 remain consumed. Full product/live acceptance is not claimed.

A fresh exhaustive postacceptance canonical SELECT is underway for functional continuation; no functional issue is selected merely from the historical plan or this PR. Its current priorities/dependencies/receipts/producer evidence will determine the next issue, followed by postselection revalidation before source edits. At this completion comment functional implementation has not started. Exact Kilo multipart, remote metering, optional MI/CC and production authority gaps remain issue-local. No external repository mutation, live inference/effect, key/profile migration, main/release/deployment occurred.
