Priority: P1

Type: complete implementation. Owner decision 2026-10-29: deliver Forgejo first; heterogeneous drivers #105 are deferred, not removed from the long-term ADR 0012 architecture. This active scope supersedes the former #105 prerequisite and the former requirement to discover through #105. No functional Forgejo capability is claimed complete merely by this update.

Goal

An owner can discover and approve a finite ordinary engineering Program from Forgejo and obtain accepted, synchronized results through either an existing cooperative agent such as Kilo or a supported dedicated managed executor, using one durable Kernel work core and decision path.

Why

The existing finite domain, inert #49 intake, #54 review, #56 budget and #59 claims are foundations, not a working ordinary Program path. #105's Jira/GitHub/Jenkins/Confluence integration is not required for everyday Forgejo work and is separately deferred. This is complete user functionality, not another PoC, planner proposal or preparatory contract series.

Scope

One real installed application/reconciliation path for Forgejo discovery/refresh, proposal/approval amendments, explicit DAG validation and selection, admission/handoff, verification, independent product review/remediation, exact acceptance and authorized Forgejo synchronization/recovery. Reuse the existing Forgejo facade, conditional Git/AGit, intake, domain, journal, budgets, claims, Workspace and supported Runtime. Implement genuinely missing Forgejo-specific discovery, dependency evidence, local/Kilo client, review dispatch and provider synchronization capabilities within this issue when necessary. Keep provider bindings replaceable; do not create a second workflow engine or lock the architecture permanently to Forgejo.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Discover actual configured Forgejo work and receive complete explicit dependency/source/check/relevance evidence with pagination, permissions, freshness and moving-scan uncertainty. Validate finite DAGs and refuse cycles, missing/unsupported/unknown required facts. Approve exact ordinary meaning and activate legal Program commands. No L0 fallback, issue-text authority, fictitious edge completeness or hidden second lifecycle.
  2. Shared #59/#56 claims and reservations prepare one immutable Attempt/Operation before pull handoff or push start. A trusted installed CLI/SDK work-client path supports Kilo-style request/report usage without replacing Kilo, a mandatory plugin or Router gateway. No HTTP inference interception.
  3. Managed push uses an evidenced retained supported Codex/native adapter with exact version/profile and dedicated ownership. Pull and push traverse the same decision handlers; no second scheduler or feature alias. Cooperative quiescence is not managed process settlement.
  4. Complete candidate -> trusted checks -> genuinely independent product review -> bounded remediation -> fresh exact acceptance -> separately journalled authorized Forgejo tracker/SCM synchronization. Exercise an actual installed ordinary two-obligation Program using real shipped Forgejo adapter paths and deterministic synthetic services, not frozen #143/#166, mock-only success or inert DRAFT completion. Unsupported native conditional mutation must refuse rather than emulate CAS; provider state is not Kernel acceptance.
  5. Recover lost handoff/start/report/receipt, duplicate commands, expired/revoked claims, changed source/base, quiet work, manual edits, partial/unknown Forgejo writes and conflicting unknown resources. Never infer physical settlement from lease loss; observe applicable normal-completion and STOP witnesses before acceptance/reuse.
  6. Installed local CLI/client works without Console or #57 network deployment; shared handlers remain reusable by #57. Cover both modes, concurrency, refusal, migration and negative installed paths. Preserve trusted/cooperative limits and exact historical bytes/identities. Synthetic fixtures are not live provider, inference, isolation or billing acceptance.

Dependencies

Native predecessors #49, #54, #56 and #59 remain required and must be verified against their exact accepted source and receipts, not closed state alone. #51 is retained recommendation evidence, not a mandatory strict-route gate for basic work. Owner decision 2026-10-29 removes #105 as a whole-issue predecessor: integrated Forgejo source already supplies selected-issue reads, paginated PR/status reads, expected-old Git and exact-SHA AGit PR creation; missing ordinary discovery/dependency, review and synchronization composition is explicit scope above, not a claim of existing readiness. No #52/#55/#57, multi-provider, Console, mandatory cloud or strict-isolation prerequisite for this basic Forgejo profile. #105 remains open and owner-deferred P3 for the later heterogeneous target.

Constraints

ADR 0012 and ADR 0011 remain authoritative; inward dependencies (adapters -> ports -> core); self-contained public core. No replacement coding agent, tracker, catalogue, gateway, generic workflow DSL or credentials/runtime-state copying. Preserve #53 CLOSED/NOT IMPLEMENTED and PR #85 CLOSED/UNMERGED; its negative is not a shipped adapter. Preserve prior accepted source ownership, budget, claims, review and cancellation evidence, historical identities and unknowns. No production credentials, live inference/effects, releases or deployment are authorized by this issue. Independent exact-head review and normal /loop gates remain mandatory.

Owner Forgejo-First Scope And Dependency Receipt

Direct owner decision 2026-10-29 authorizes complete installed ordinary Forgejo execution first; #105 heterogeneous drivers are deferred P3 pending explicit reactivation, with PR111 unmerged and its 7/10 review history preserved. ADR 0012's replaceable providers and shared pull/push core remain authoritative.

Source audit at integrated b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d: ports/forge.py and adapters/forgejo.py currently provide one selected issue snapshot, paginated PR and exact-SHA commit-status reads, and authorized conditional Git/AGit effects; #49 intake, #54 durable review protocol, #56 budget and #59 claims/ownership are integrated. None of this alone constitutes an ordinary execution path. Missing issue discovery/native dependency evidence, real local/Kilo client, concrete independent product-review dispatch, exact-subject verification/CI composition and authorized synchronization/recovery are now explicitly included in #106, with installed and negative acceptance; native unsupported conditional operations must refuse.

This source-based scope change removes the native edge to #105 only. Retain native prerequisites #49/#54/#56/#59 and verify accepted receipts before selection. No claim that #106 is already ready or that heterogeneous/full product acceptance is complete. Actual selection still follows fresh complete canonical /loop SELECT and post-selection revalidation.

Selected For Forgejo-First Delivery

After the owner decision and canonical scope/dependency update in comment19892, a fresh complete /loop SELECT re-read all eight open nonexcluded issues, their comments, native dependencies and actual producer receipts; exact wontfix issues were excluded before history. #106 is the earliest eligible P1: older #57 requires #106, and independently eligible #62 is P2. #105 is explicitly owner-deferred P3, not a predecessor of this Forgejo-first work.

Post-selection canonical readback confirms OPEN/P1 and exact native predecessors #49, #54, #56, #59, each accepted at its actual bounded scope and integrated into current develop: PR73/receipt15506, PR92/receipt17600, PR109/receipt19417, PR110/receipt19620. Closed state alone was not used. Existing source provides selected-issue read, paginated PR/status observations, expected-old Git and exact-SHA AGit effects, ordinary preparation, budget, claims, workspace and retained Codex adapter. It does not yet provide complete discovery/dependencies, ordinary client/engine, concrete product-review dispatcher or full synchronization; those are implementation requirements, not claimed readiness.

Ordinary branch issue-106-forgejo-ordinary-execution is based on exact freshly fetched develop b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d. This is a new #106 issue delivery with review budget 0/10; no implementation or review has yet been accepted. Preserved PR111 and its branch remain OPEN/UNMERGED at 6c7c2d0a71522714fc9434ffe0829182a260ea65, with #105's 7/10 history unchanged.

Full #106 AC1-6 and owner Forgejo-first mandate apply: real installed shared pull/push ordinary two-obligation lifecycle and recovery, not another proposal or mock-only PoC. ADR0012/provider replaceability and #60's later full heterogeneous cell remain intact. No live inference/production credentials, cross-repository mutation, releases or deployments are authorized. The issue stays open until exact independent review and separate verified integration/acceptance.

Candidate PR And Validation

PR #112 is open/unmerged at HEAD 6e92db71ea9d90c74ed2c196c4829c78803ec296, base/merge-base b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d. The owner-authored ordinary branch retains the recovered original work; its pre-reconciliation source backup and hashes were preserved outside the checkout. No old task was resumed, no additional worktree or coding writer was created.

Candidate implementation includes bounded Forgejo discovery/dependency scans, exact source/owner approval, shared ordinary pull/managed/mixed Program SDK, atomic claim before exact source materialization, Kilo cold-review transport, checks/remediation/acceptance, journalled Forgejo SCM/receipt synchronization and STOP/recovery. Schema6 preserves original backup/history and forces old readers to refuse before writes. The full diff and actual safety/acceptance remain subject to independent review; no approval is implied.

Final closed/offline make check package-check audit passed on exact committed content: 2,319 passed,89 optional skips,106 subtests,1052.57s; all static/types/import/secrets/diff gates, reproducible installed package journeys and schema2–5 old-reader checks passed; audit no known vulnerabilities. Actual native Kilo7.8.25 tests with deterministic local provider passed15 separately. No live inference or production credentials.

Independent Review 2/10

Fresh Sol 6.1 High task ses_e71f170b3fferWtD4j41Xk6w6x reviewed full PR112 at HEAD 6e92db71ea9d90c74ed2c196c4829c78803ec296, base b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d: COMMENT with four actionable findings, no approval. The reviewer independently passed make check (2,347 tests,85 optional skips,106 subtests) and package-check, and verified canonical/local refs and clean checkout. Review1 was an infrastructure network failure without verdict; both ordinals remain consumed.

  • P1: a lost native review response leaves an unknown REVIEW reservation, but report() requires a new settled submission before reaching read-only receipt reconciliation. The original completed receipt must be recoverable after reopen without another prompt or fabricated settlement.
  • P2: owner source assessment is keyed by native snapshot but not the full declaration, so a judgment for one meaning can be applied to another. Exact declaration identity must be bound.
  • P2: diamond DAG joins can apply a shared ancestor's base-relative patch twice. Compose verified ancestry once and retain real conflict refusal.
  • P2: reconciliation attempts AGit-specific validation on unrelated branch PRs before identifying matching effect candidates, so unrelated PRs can block recovery or idempotent publication.

All four are in-scope remediation. The reviewer separately could not independently retrieve the exact public Forgejo v13.0.1 source/license pin; this is an infrastructure/source-evidence limitation, not a fifth implementation finding. Next steps are red-first shared/installed regressions, scoped normal fixes and full gates, then a fresh complete review. 2/10 used, eight remain. PR112 and issue106 remain open/unmerged. #105/PR111 deferral and7/10 history remain unchanged.

Review 2 Remediation

All four review2 findings have scoped red-first regressions and are committed normally in 4a3fd22b9a63854e125a9bfe4c4dc50556626f0a; PR112 remains based on b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d.

  • A previously submitted exact candidate with unknown native review now reconciles the original receipt before rerunning checks that require settled effects. Same-process and SQLite-reopen tests drop the original completed response and confirm recovery with no second native prompt.
  • Owner source assessment is bound to both exact native snapshot and exact Declaration digest. A changed criterion over identical Forgejo data remains unresolved until separately judged.
  • Bounded Git three-way index composition accepts the shared ancestor of a diamond DAG once. A four-obligation installed-path test passes; a divergent same-file predecessor case refuses the join without accepting it.
  • AGit readback skips only marker-free unrelated branch PRs. A copied marker with inconsistent identity stays UNKNOWN and causes no second write; an ordinary unrelated branch no longer blocks recovery of the correct result.

Final closed/offline make check package-check audit passed 2,326 tests,89 optional skips,106 subtests; installed shared-handler journeys cover all four cases, reproducible wheels and actual historical schema readers. Audit no known vulnerabilities. Actual Kilo7.8.25 native deterministic-local test suite passed29 separately; not live inference. Current exact-head CI and fresh complete independent review remain required.

Two of ten review invocations used: #1 transport failure/no verdict, #2 COMMENT with findings above. Next review is fresh full PR at current head; no current approval or merge claimed. #105 remains deferred with PR111 unmerged and7/10 history intact.

Fresh reviewer task ses_e7187aa84ffeHkgWrRThBVoL4X examined full PR112 at 4a3fd22b9a63854e125a9bfe4c4dc50556626f0a, base b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d. It returned COMMENT with two findings, not approval. Independent make check passed2,326/89skip/106subtests and package-check passed.

  • P1: pinned Forgejo v13 issue-comment list is unpaginated, while current _comments assumes a later empty page. The synthetic service incorrectly paginates; actual successful receipt would remain UNKNOWN. Correct the bounded complete-collection logic and cover normal/lost/duplicate/>30 behavior.
  • P2: replay of retained verification command regenerates Evidence timestamps, so replaying a rejected report may conflict with its immutable rejection intent and incorrectly imply fresh observation. Retain the original complete Evidence and recover the terminal negative outcome across reopen without extra command/review dispatch.

The reviewer also reports it inadvertently received prior issue-comment findings while collecting context. Its session therefore cannot certify conversational independence; those two source-traced findings will be reproduced and fixed, but a fresh whole-PR review is mandatory. Official Forgejo v13 tag-to-commit provenance remains independently unverified due Codeberg access restrictions; source inspection through a GitHub object mirror is not silently promoted to official provenance.

Three of ten review invocations are consumed, seven remain. PR112 remains open/unmerged; #105 stays deferred and PR111 unmerged with7/10 history.

Review 4 Remediation

The interruption after all original command results and settlement witnesses but before aggregate Evidence is fixed in normal commit 8f03e98687fd92e2c1c1c5b762eb49b74225bcae. Recovery validates exact original operation/effect/request/fence, retained result bytes, original owned-group settlement and result digest, then reconstructs the aggregate using the original command observation time and freshness bound. It does not rerun a command. Missing any expected result or original witness remains unknown and refuses without a new prompt or mutation.

A red-first fault test interrupts exactly before aggregate Evidence persistence, reopens SQLite after controlled clock advance, and confirms the original timestamp/freshness plus one command attempt. Missing witness and partial multi-command results are negative cases; installed wheel exercises the same recovery/refusal paths.

Final closed/offline make check package-check audit passed 2,334 tests,89 optional skips,106 subtests,1245.19s, including installed journeys and actual pinned old-reader schema6 refusal before writes; audit no known vulnerabilities. No source changes followed the gates. CI for current exact HEAD is running; no independent approval yet.

Four whole-PR invocations used: one infrastructure failure and three COMMENT results, including the reported prior-context contamination in review3. A fresh independent complete review is required; six invocations remain. Review history, #105 deferral and PR111 unmerged7/10 remain intact.

Review 8 Remediation

The two findings are fixed in normal commit 34bb0e48e22b974d00ebead149f4cdacf585585a, preserving the existing branch and all review history.

  • Scope evidence now uses git diff --no-renames --name-only, so an out-of-scope deleted source cannot disappear when renamed into an allowed destination. The red-first ordinary-handler and installed-wheel regression verifies rejection, preserved workspace bytes and zero Forgejo writes.
  • If an immutable AGit topic intent exists without its artifact after interruption, recovery validates and reuses the exact original topic before writing the missing artifact. A crash/reopen regression proves one publication and idempotent repeat; a conflicting artifact refuses with zero native writes.

Final closed/offline make check passed 2,344 tests,89 optional skips,106 subtests; full make package-check and make audit passed separately on the same unchanged source. Exact new CI and fresh complete independent review remain required. Review8 independently verified the official Forgejo v13 tag and source/license; it returned REQUEST_CHANGES, now addressed. 8/10 reviews consumed; two remain. PR112 and #106 stay open/unmerged; #105/PR111 remains deferred and untouched.

Review 9 Remediation

Normal commit efbe76abe4c27ee0c81e9b373d3f0715a30d32bc fixes review9's substantive-review-to-remediation finding. The ordinary context now uses the existing shared remediation interpretation to include the original review operation, source Attempt, exact finding ID, fingerprint and reason. Receipt subject and terminal verdict/status must match; missing or mismatched evidence refuses rather than inventing feedback.

Red-first installed-handler regressions exercise REQUEST_CHANGES in both pull and managed modes. Each author requires the distinctive original finding before producing a repaired candidate; fresh checks and independent review then precede acceptance. A mismatched receipt subject refuses without Forgejo publication. Final closed/offline make check passed 2,347 tests,89 native/profile skips,106 subtests; full package-check and audit passed separately on the same source. Current-head CI and fresh independent review remain required.

STOP_REVISE — Whole-PR Review Budget Exhausted

Fresh independent GPT-6.1 Sol High review 10/10, native task ses_e6d557ff7ffeDNxUYbDuinFq22, reviewed complete PR112 at exact HEAD efbe76abe4c27ee0c81e9b373d3f0715a30d32bc, base/merge-base b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d. It returned COMMENT with two concrete P2 findings, not approval. Initial/final canonical and local refs/clean checkout matched. Independent make check and make package-check passed. Current exact-head CI #3403 succeeded; passing gates do not substitute for independent approval.

  1. New authority-boundary defect — ports/ordinary.py:493–512: after interruption between claim admission and workspace preparation, replay obtains the original historical claim without renewed authority and can begin materialization before checking whether the claim/work budget has expired or been revoked. The eventual refusal does not undo that mutation. Fresh preparation must first validate the current exact approved subject and claim authority; historical receipt replay must remain read-only and non-renewing.
  2. Incomplete prior DAG correction — adapters/ordinary_workspace.py:141–151: predecessor patches are cumulative from the original base. In a diamond where A changes a line, B advances that line and C merely inherits A while making an independent change, three-way application of B and C can falsely conflict against the original base. Composition must retain actual accepted ancestry or apply producer deltas once in dependency order, without silently choosing a side.

Both are source-traced reviewer counterexamples; the reviewer did not run custom reproductions. The recurring pattern is that recovery/authority and ancestry provenance boundaries need end-to-end treatment rather than isolated ordering changes. The reviewer also independently verified the official Forgejo v13 tag→714b88f8..., relevant API sources/license and Kilo v7.8.25 tag/source/license, but could not retrieve the exact pinned models/issues/issue.go through permitted public readers. That source-access limitation is infrastructure, separate from the two code findings.

STOP_REVISE: 10/10 whole-PR review invocations consumed. All invocations, including infrastructure/COMMENT results, remain counted. No review11, counter reset, self-approval, further patching or implicit reuse is authorized by the existing delivery. PR112 remains OPEN/UNMERGED on the exact head above; issue106 remains OPEN. Explicit Owner-Authorized Final Recovery

Direct owner decision 2026-10-31T20:33:18Z authorizes one distinct bounded recovery kernel106-final-authority-dag-20261031T203318Z, restricted to the two substantive findings in comment20092: current authority/claim generation before new workspace materialization, and provenance-correct diamond DAG composition. Directly necessary regressions and full existing acceptance gates remain mandatory; no architecture change or broader issue is authorized.

Original PR112 is CLOSED/UNMERGED AS SUPERSEDED, exact HEAD efbe76abe4c27ee0c81e9b373d3f0715a30d32bc, original branch and all commits/evidence retained; review history permanently 10/10 STOP_REVISE. No review11/reset/unapproved merge. PR receipt: #112comment20108.

New normal branch issue-106-final-authority-dag starts at the exact original HEAD, retaining all implementation ancestry. Owner explicitly authorizes this genuinely revised scope, not merely a branch/PR rename; separate recovery maximum four fresh whole-PR independent reviews, currently 0/4. Reproduce both counterexamples and demonstrate red/green, then run focused tests, typing/lint and full make check/package-check/audit before first independent Sol6.1 High review. The complete #106 PR/acceptance still receives review, not just the last fixes. Issue remains OPEN until independently approved and integrated.

No worktree, clone, parallel writer, ADR0012 change, #105 reactivation, external repository mutation, production inference/effects, release or deployment. #105 stays P3 deferred, PR111 unmerged with7/10 history.

Final Recovery Candidate

PR #113 is open/unmerged at HEAD d3d22d19f9588d2556eb7db3fe3252d386f3590e, base/merge-base b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d. It retains every commit from superseded PR112 efbe76ab..., which remains closed/unmerged with permanent10/10 STOP_REVISE history.

Both owner-scoped counterexamples were reproduced against the original implementation before correction: interrupted preparation mutated workspace after expired/revoked/quarantined claim; a valid A→B/C→D diamond with B advancing A's line falsely conflicted. The recovery now checks current exact claim generation/original authority before unfinished materialization and before subsequent controller mutations; an already completed original preparation can be read historically without renewal. Accepted predecessor inputs are traversed by their original Attempt provenance, verified against immutable satisfaction/output/patch and recorded input tree, then each producer delta is applied once in dependency order; real sibling conflicts still refuse.

Final closed/offline local gates on exact committed content: 2,355 passed,89 optional skips,106 subtests, make package-check and make audit passed. Installed regressions cover expired/revoked/quarantined/wrong-generation/reopened claims, revocation during preparation, unchanged historical replay, compatible inherited diamond and true conflict. Actual pinned local Kilo7.8.25 with deterministic synthetic provider passed58 focused tests separately; no live inference or production credentials. Full acceptance and safety remain subject to fresh complete independent review.

Distinct owner-authorized recovery budget: 0/4 before first review. Original PR112 remains permanently10/10, no review11. Exact-head CI, fresh Sol6.1 High whole-PR approval/currentness and separate integrated acceptance are mandatory before merge/closure.

Recovery Review 1/4: Scope Decision Required

Fresh independent Sol6.1 High review ses_e6be1b0c1ffeiDMg8lGiDOmRiK reviewed complete PR113 exact HEAD d3d22d19f9588d2556eb7db3fe3252d386f3590e, base b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d, and returned REQUEST_CHANGES: one P1. Independent make check passed2,355/89optional skips/106subtests and package-check passed. Public Kilo and Forgejo pinned source/API/license evidence was independently checked. Review1/4 is consumed; original PR112 remains CLOSED/UNMERGED permanent10/10.

The finding is a third, pre-existing substantive defect, distinct from the two explicitly owner-authorized recovery defects: a file, symlink or hardlink inserted after initial empty-workspace capture can be overwritten or followed during controller materialization. Synthetic red-first tests reproduce all three cases; no user data was touched. Correct remediation would require descriptor-anchored, no-follow, exclusive creation and preservation tests. This safety issue blocks approval.

The owner mandate restricts this recovery to the two named substantive defects and directly necessary regressions. Because this defect predates the recovery and concerns a separate manual-file preservation guarantee, review cannot itself grant authority to expand scope. The implementation remains unchanged for this finding. Full acceptance cannot be achieved by ignoring it, and no review2 or merge is authorized while scope remains unresolved.

Owner-controlled decision required: explicitly authorize this additional P1 correction within the remaining three recovery reviews, or preserve the current PR as stopped unapproved evidence. This is a scope/acceptance decision, not routine test mechanics. PR113 remains OPEN/UNMERGED at d3d22d19f9588d2556eb7db3fe3252d386f3590e; original PR112 CLOSED/UNMERGED permanent10/10 remains untouched. Integrated Forgejo-First Acceptance

Owner-authorized final recovery kernel106-final-authority-dag-20261031T203318Z is integrated through PR #113, merged as fce1c0d4d63fdf4ca0673512c9b9d2512f0ac023. Exact approved HEAD 31f5cf9f0154b89ce5b9076e81c541f6ab8cb1a4, base b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d. Canonical readback and fetch prove merge parents [b1c9ffca,31f5cf9f], approved head ancestor of develop and integrated tree identical to reviewed/tested head.

Active AC Integrated evidence
1. Discovery, dependencies, approval Bounded actual Forgejo issue/dependency paging and repeated evidence scans; incomplete/permission/unsupported/moving facts refuse. Explicit owner-approved finite Program/DAG and exact declaration/source/baseline evidence use existing authority and original finite envelope. Native closed/green status is not Kernel acceptance.
2. Shared claim and pull client Actual installed trusted-local SDK request/start/report shares #56 reservations, #59 exact claim generation and immutable Attempt/Operation. Interrupted preparation cannot mutate after original claim expiry/revocation; exact completed historical replay is read-only and does not renew authority. No mandatory Kilo plugin or inference interception.
3. Managed push Existing retained dedicated Codex/native adapter and original-owned group witness compose the same Program/Attempt handlers as cooperative pull. Synthetic native runtime tests do not claim hostile isolation or strict physical expiry.
4. Candidate, checks, independent review, remediation, acceptance, sync Installed two-obligation pull/managed/mixed journeys use actual shipped Forgejo adapter paths against deterministic local services. Exact candidate/subject checks and fresh parentless Kilo session review precede bounded remediation and acceptance; actual pinned Kilo7.8.25 protocol tests used a local deterministic provider. Separately authorized AGit/comment effects are journalled and read back; unsupported conditional effects refuse. Diamond ancestry is composed from exact accepted producer inputs/deltas once; compatible inherited changes join, conflicting siblings refuse.
5. Recovery, STOP and unknowns Reopen/idempotent handoff, lost review receipt/no second prompt, lost Forgejo replies/no duplicate write, revoked/expired/stale claims, completed-Program publication revocation, original managed STOP, unknown cooperative settlement, changed source/manual bytes and conflicting workspace tests. Descriptor-rooted O_NOFOLLOW/exclusive file creation refuses late regular/symlink/hardlink or directory insertion without overwriting unknown data.
6. Installed, negative and compatibility Reproducible installed wheel journeys cover both modes, migration/refusal, recovery, STOP and negative cases; actual pinned schema2–5 readers refuse schema6 before writes and original histories/backups/artifacts remain. No Console/#57 deployment needed.

Fresh independent GPT-6.1 Sol High whole-PR review 2/4, task ses_e6b6749d4ffeY57bcCGEsgfzng, returned APPROVE/findings[] for exact head/base after full AC1–6/diff review, canonical/local currentness and independent official pinned Kilo/Forgejo source/API/license verification. Independent make check: 2,365 passed,89 optional skips,106 subtests, package-check PASS. Primary final check/package/audit PASS, audit no known vulnerabilities. Exact-head CI #3414 SUCCESS. No source changed after validation or during review.

Immutable Delivery History And Limits

Original PR112 remains CLOSED/UNMERGED STOP_REVISE, permanent10/10, original branch/commits/native review results preserved. Owner-authorized distinct recovery PR113 used 2/4: review1 REQUEST_CHANGES (P1 descriptor-materialization race), owner explicitly authorized that extra P1 correction, review2 APPROVE; two slots unused. Recovery commits d3d22d19 and 31f5cf9f preserve the full original ancestry. No review11, recovery3, counter reset, history rewrite or force merge.

Acceptance is bounded to trusted-local/cooperative namespace and retained native-group profile. The 89 skips and synthetic local provider do not prove live inference/provider billing, hostile same-UID isolation, escaped-descendant containment, strict physical expiry or deployment readiness. #105 remains P3 owner-deferred, PR111 unmerged7/10; future heterogeneous acceptance remains required by #60. No ADR0012 redesign, cross-repository mutation, production credentials, paid inference, release or deployment. Closing #106 only after this integrated acceptance verification; fresh canonical SELECT follows.

## Integrated Forgejo-First Acceptance Owner-authorized final recovery `kernel106-final-authority-dag-20261031T203318Z` is integrated through [PR #113](https://forgejo.creatidy.com/Creatidy/creatidy-kernel/pulls/113), merged as **`fce1c0d4d63fdf4ca0673512c9b9d2512f0ac023`**. Exact approved HEAD `31f5cf9f0154b89ce5b9076e81c541f6ab8cb1a4`, base `b1c9ffca16f06596e5c3afdca3b9893cf7422d8d`. Canonical readback and fetch prove merge parents `[b1c9ffca,31f5cf9f]`, approved head ancestor of develop and integrated tree identical to reviewed/tested head. | Active AC | Integrated evidence | |---|---| | 1. Discovery, dependencies, approval | Bounded actual Forgejo issue/dependency paging and repeated evidence scans; incomplete/permission/unsupported/moving facts refuse. Explicit owner-approved finite Program/DAG and exact declaration/source/baseline evidence use existing authority and original finite envelope. Native closed/green status is not Kernel acceptance. | | 2. Shared claim and pull client | Actual installed trusted-local SDK request/start/report shares #56 reservations, #59 exact claim generation and immutable Attempt/Operation. Interrupted preparation cannot mutate after original claim expiry/revocation; exact completed historical replay is read-only and does not renew authority. No mandatory Kilo plugin or inference interception. | | 3. Managed push | Existing retained dedicated Codex/native adapter and original-owned group witness compose the same Program/Attempt handlers as cooperative pull. Synthetic native runtime tests do not claim hostile isolation or strict physical expiry. | | 4. Candidate, checks, independent review, remediation, acceptance, sync | Installed two-obligation pull/managed/mixed journeys use actual shipped Forgejo adapter paths against deterministic local services. Exact candidate/subject checks and fresh parentless Kilo session review precede bounded remediation and acceptance; actual pinned Kilo7.8.25 protocol tests used a local deterministic provider. Separately authorized AGit/comment effects are journalled and read back; unsupported conditional effects refuse. Diamond ancestry is composed from exact accepted producer inputs/deltas once; compatible inherited changes join, conflicting siblings refuse. | | 5.
