Implemented default-off, exact-reference/evaluation-instant MIAdmission through existing selection/routing/pinned-admission boundaries, beyond explanation-only. Supported fresh native token allowances intersect known bootstrap hard ceilings; unusable required evidence blocks only configured identities. Exact execution channel and supported effort controls, existing auth/compatibility/capacity/private policy remain authoritative. No unknown bootstrap guarantees, ratings, quota/entitlement/billing or physical-identity inference; no catalog/rater/producer/DB/service duplication. Existing explanation/default paths preserved. Frozen original cut/context/result/manifest and accepted utilization envelope support exact replay; snapshots cannot authorize a different evaluation instant.
Real-source result: no current Z.ai/models.dev positive adoption. Actual7/8 selected upstream inputs retrieved with original producer bounds/allowlist; pricing exceeded2620-byte bound, diagnostic bounded retrieval returned HTTP500. No incomplete generation published and no synthetic real-source substitute. Actual installed producer independently lacks required native channel/config/effort and explicit freshness. Full exact source/time/digest observations and independently executable curator remediation are in222 comment19056. Actual source advertises model/reasoning options/pricing but those are not entitlement, billing, active quality or executable-limit authority. No circular dependency: MI curator can review changed inputs and publish complete evidenced native applicability/freshness/meaning independently of further Router APIs. MI19/Router176 remain closed.
