Validate the real owner workflow for the provisional unified status command against the supported OpenAI/Codex, Z.ai/Kilo, and configured Ollama environment. Record only sanitized structural evidence, audit M1 exit criteria and residuals, and close M1 only if the live human and JSON views reliably answer the documented capacity and local-availability questions. Do not record credentials or personal quota values. Do not start M2.
