Explicit owner corrective maintenance mandate, 2026-10-05T13:53:25Z. Align current documentation with #14 (comment); #14 remains closed NOT_REQUIRED, no reopening/investigation.

Only three existing documentation files:

CONTRIBUTING.md: historical protection observation, owner/operations boundary, no administrative prerequisite/escalation/private API or infrastructure investigation; new explicit owner task required for future requirement. Server-enforced protection/checks and evidence limits retained.
docs/contracts.md: remove obsolete P1 administrative operational-delivery risk gate; preserve historical owner resolution and all actual producer/browser gates, including completed #2 missing-contract design exit without live-auth approval.
docs/roadmap.md: retire #14 row to historical NOT_REQUIRED, remove #11 dependency and G09/G13/coverage/sequence gates/ranges; historical registration preserved and #2 design completion correctly labeled. Table alignment is repository-required Prettier formatting.

Validation

Current workflow reread after fresh clean canonical develop fetch, prior ledger/history retained. Complete current reference audit distinguishes Console #14 from MI #14, prompt-section 13/14 and genuine evidence disclaimers/server enforcement. No runtime, tests, dependency, CI, workflow permission or browser/security edits needed.
make install PASS; npm_config_offline=true make check PASS: 20 Markdown files clean, local links, secretlint, strict TypeScript, all 19 existing tests/3 files, actual temporary static artifact/runtime licenses and cleanup. Initial MD018 paragraph wrapping fixed in content only, no gate weakened. Full/staged diff --check PASS; clean committed checkout and normal push.

Limits

No administrative escalation/inspection, private infrastructure/API, external repository mutation, new product support/security guarantee, main/release/deployment. Independent current exact-subject whole-PR review pending. Integration/completion will follow current explicitly resumed /loop gates, then full fresh canonical queue.
