Goal

Owner: Console bounded design research. Decide whether additional attention/navigation surfaces provide demonstrated benefit without parallel product implementations.

Why / Current Evidence

Web does not imply secure LAN/mobile access or guaranteed background alerts. Console seed d6468f3 has no operational server/PWA/IDE/native client. Kernel eb4f4a2956712bfaf39a3271e1523e7f77a91e26 does not prove IDE attach or browser-independent task lifetime. Source sections 4,5,8-10; G01/G08/G09/G13.

Scope / Non-Goals

Evaluate existing harness attach/navigation first; optional PWA packaging/notifications and native/tray only when user evidence justifies them. Analyze exact remote trust/auth/origin/TLS/revocation/privacy/network requirements. No new scheduler/harness, automatic takeover, background-delivery guarantee or approval to build multiple clients.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Conclusive exit: documented benefit/constraint experiment with support recommendation or reject/defer and explicit trigger; not an endless research task.
  • Installed harness version and safe attach behavior tested before IDE claims; remote browser never assumes local workspace access or current Kilo panel discovery.
  • Remote topology changes require explicit owner architectural/security decision and tested least authority; dev all-interface binding is not solution.
  • PWA offline caches contain no secrets/private task history by default, browser sleep/delivery limitations stated; native/IDE clients remain thin views of producer contracts.
  • Define compatibility/update/settings/privacy migration and separately scoped implementation issue only after trigger/approval.

Constraints

Reuse existing attach/browser/system primitives with exact files/license/security/service terms; no proprietary assets. Priority P3 conditional, not prerequisite for useful local Router-only Console. Any live host/browser/service access or remote exposure needs separate bounded authorization; no inference/deployment authorized.

Parent #1; Console #2 and local installation/notification/navigation issues. Kernel Creatidy/creatidy-kernel#47 and /issues/53; Router BioMedical-IT/scarcity-router#183.
