Refs #182. SAME preserved /loop invocation2026-10-05T12:38:32Z resumed automatically after shared workflow maintenance;175 remains open/gated/unimplemented, priorhistories retained.

TTY-only static plain-ASCII overview/details reuse normalized snapshots and exactly paired policy reports. Source/plan/age/lowreported windows/unknown/missing/reset/policy/recovery facts remain separate, no policy ranking/freshness/pool or readiness claim. No ANSI/style, raw privatepaths/sourcevalues, purchased-credit/benefit actions or inference diagnosis. Both CLI entrypoints keep oneclock/onecollection and identicalJSON/nonTTYbytes/order/streams/exits/flags. Sixscoped files; no collector/selector/diagnostic/login/schema/flags/dependency/service changes.

Actionable recovery matches actualcommands: multi-source explicit --source must matchSCARCITY_ROUTER_CODEX_SOURCE and use configuredstate/binflags; placeholders only, no login discoverychange.
