Change
Refs #190. Generic shared bounded technical-recovery contract applied consistently to loop, implementation, review/remediation, reviewer instructions and shared policy. Distinguish technical obstacles, owner decisions, review defects, infrastructure failure and unresolved judgment. Permit minimum-sufficient sanitized/ephemeral execution paths, independent pinned public-source verification and authorized native reviewer failover without broadening permissions.
D-070 supersedes only conflicting blanket checkout/retry constraints. Preserve ten review ordinals, exact-HEAD/base independent review, restricted gates, future validation and existing merge/product/security authority. Offline text consistency guards do not claim live failover/isolation proof. No product/runtime code or reviewer permission-frontmatter changes.
Authority
Owner explicitly authorized isolated worktree from develop, PR, independent review and gated automatic merge for this delivery. Ongoing task checkout untouched.
Validation
Before owner stopped testing: 15 focused contract tests passed; full verbose suite passed 2,689 tests (17 existing skips); basedpyright reported 0 errors/warnings/notes. A later make-check invocation hit an unchanged pipe fixture race; serialized run was owner-aborted. At 13:50Z owner instructed: "Stop testing, this is docs only change". No tests/typechecks after that instruction; issue acceptance records this explicit one-delivery revision. Final remediation inspected text-only. Diff/staged whitespace checks passed. No enforced server-check bypass.
Independent Review
Persistent ordinals: 1 COMMENT (external-directory isolation), 2 COMMENT (loaded reviewer normal-checkout constraint), 3 REQUEST_CHANGES (terminal classification inconsistency), 4 APPROVE with empty findings. Changed recovery strategies: move delivery worktree inside workspace, then prepare normal canonical evidence clone. No permission widening or self-review. P2 text finding fixed in ordinary remediation commit.
Fresh whole-PR review 4 approved exact HEAD
fd874477fcagainst base/merge-base6c337a400b. Review was text/Git only per owner, with UX/security/authority assessed; no live execution proof claimed. Final canonical currentness matched these objects and both delivery/review checkouts were clean.
