Fresh MCP/Git verifies merged state, approved ancestry and integrated tree equality. Same checkout returned via safe fast-forward to current develop; branches/history preserved.

Explicit owner mandate2026-10-05T14:24:03Z: minimum Class-A post-merge documentation consistency cleanup before normal fresh queue selection, no owner housekeeping decision or issue reopening. Five-file delta: README.md, ROADMAP.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, SOURCE_VALUE_REVIEW.md, existing documentation-only consistency guards in tests/test_source_review.py.
