Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Scope
Remove dynamically reconstructed and encoded PowerShell prerequisite tests, including nested child processes and the live encoded diagnostic. Retain static security contract checks and explicitly document the loss of native behavioral coverage. Defer two Docker Compose probes from module import to explicitly selected integration tests. Production startup is unchanged.
Verification and limitations
Static inspection and independent GPT-6.1 Sol High review only; no test suite, PowerShell, Windows subprocess, Docker mutation or trust-store operation was run. Static checks cannot establish PowerShell runtime behavior, endpoint confidentiality, timeout behavior, or native Windows acceptance. Other existing tests may still execute Docker or other host subprocesses when run; this change does not make the entire suite host-independent.
