Scope and Design Exit

Bounded source-pinned read/auth inventory in docs/contracts.md, with downstream gate clarification in docs/roadmap.md. Uses #2's explicit conclusive missing-contract exit, not topology approval. No producer client, proxy, listener, credential, database access, dependency or runtime change.

Exact base: 5d5a539b62.
Exact HEAD: a4090e97a6.
Ordinary issue branch; effective author/committer Adrian Tkacz adrian.tkacz@creatidy.com.

Acceptance Evidence

Read-only inspection of committed current canonical producer objects: Kernel e5f30c9cef89e9991c12cae924093cf95d87d75b, Router 6c337a400b4cdc28ded543d2ae8ccf3749d79cb7, MI 013cbb43e11d7f698d359db5a456d26d8075e34e. Their applicable issues/comments and licenses inspected. Inventory identifies exact interfaces/versions/auth separation, freshness/restart limits, collection effects, connection-state meanings and registered missing owning contracts. Router #140's current wontfix does not prove corrected semantics or authorize restarting external work.

No authenticated live topology is justified. Kernel export opens exclusive storage; Router status is fresh collector work using execution-client authority, not delegated Console reads; MI has no public operational artifact/API. Do not turn native policy into a browser TTL or infer CORS/Origin security from Host/CSRF. Existing Router top-level administration remains reuse path, not implemented Console navigation.

Five negative-case requirements mapped to inspected producer/native/synthetic test definitions and unavailable delegated/browser proof: version mismatch, revoked/expired scope, hostile origins/hosts, restricted redirects, absent peer. These tests were not run and cannot honestly be implemented against a guessed wire contract. Missing-contract exit preserves all downstream actual supported-read/auth gates even if design inventory closes.

Validation

make install succeeded (locked npm ci).
Prettier formatted intended files.
make check PASS: 20 Markdown files clean, local AST links, current-public secretlint, strict TypeScript, 16 tests in 3 files, actual ephemeral static artifact and runtime license validation/cleanup.
Full base delta and git diff --check plus staged diff --check passed. Clean committed checkout.

Limits

No live services/browser requests, inference, producer tests, external writes, private credentials, product GO, topology approval or live-read gate satisfaction. Independent frozen whole-PR review pending. Issue remains open until verified integration and acceptance under explicit owner /loop.
