Dated official evidence/compatibility matrix and CLI2.1.310 / SDK0.3.310 npm SRI pins, no install/execution/dependency adoption. One pure unregistered partial statusline parser, one wholly synthetic fixture and14 tests. Existing v3 shapes always report unknown, unknown quota units/model scope/plan and no billing assurance. Missing/unproven/stale/future original observation, fractional percentage, reset-crossing and schema/new-bucket drift fail conservatively. No raw auth/account/session/path/cost output or persistence; no clock read/filesystem/environment/network/process/prompt.
All selector/public provider enums, catalog ratings, status commands/source configuration, existing providers, execution/admission/tool/workspace authority and D-078 remain unchanged. No collector, API-key/credits/overflow fallback, SDK/whole-agent/MCP bridge or inference adapter is enabled. U-015 records unresolved official terms/auth/freshness; real plan/model/reset/auth/billing/control/stream/cancellation/cleanup acceptance remains DEFERRED.
