Refs #179. Same /loop invocation 2026-10-05T12:38:32Z. Owner-approved deterministic delivery scope; REAL_HARNESS_IDENTITY_ACCEPTANCE stays OPEN under #174/#181 and #180 still governs affected workspace-editing lanes. No live inference, physical observation, billing proof or readiness claim.

Catalog configured effort is independent of opaque identity in discovery, logical matching, pin conflict and native dispatch. Null/literal none/unknown, multiple configs, dialect conflicts, max-only families and exact calibration covered. Preserve full catalog/registry/quota truth; internal competitive candidate intersection only, same selector/admission, no new wire flags/ratings/inventory. D-071 records reconciliation.

Actual consumers covered: real Z.ai HTTP builder retains omission without invented max-to-high mapping; worker-loopback omission preserved, native defaults follow authoritative PASS/PARTIAL evidence and exact runtime preflight. Codex validates carried effort independently of opaque variant, with source-owned exact-binding conflicts preserved. Native aliases cannot execute a conflicting lower-effort configuration after admission used high-profile calibration; typed refusal before dispatch. Plain HTTP alias controls unchanged. Auth/isolation/workspace/model-serving boundaries unchanged.
