Scope

This is a source-grounded G13 compatibility-evidence matrix preparation slice for #62. It separates the currently checked Kernel package, SQLite schema/codec, operator-profile, pinned Codex app-server, /v1/select, MI-consumer, trusted-development and platform evidence from broader support claims.

The matrix is per component/adapter/contract tuple and distinguishes PASS, PARTIAL, UNKNOWN and UNSUPPORTED; it is not a new global version or compatibility guarantee. The bounded findings preserve that local package/install smoke is not release evidence, Linux storage checks do not prove WSL/Windows, profile parsing is not ciphertext migration, Router selection is not executable-route compatibility, and task-level STOP is not strict native-effect expiry.

No profile/ciphertext/key was opened, no migration or rollback behavior was changed, no package was published, and no Router/MI/platform behavior was invoked. Router/MI producer compatibility and installed/profile migration evidence remain prerequisites; issue #62 stays open and this PR does not claim full acceptance.

Validation

  • make check: 1457 passed, 85 skipped, 106 subtests; Ruff, basedpyright, import boundaries, secret scan and diff checks passed.
  • make package-check: reproducible wheel/sdist, isolated install, and CLI/intake/source smoke checks passed.
