Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Authority and Scope
Direct repository-owner mandate: establish conversational independence for ordinary independent review, followed by explicit acceptance and instruction to commit and merge these changes into develop. This is narrow repository-local policy maintenance, not a /loop invocation or implementation of a product issue. No issue registration or closure is requested.
Acceptance
Changes
Five instruction files only: AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, .kilo/agents/pr-reviewer.md, .kilo/command/loop.md and .kilo/command/review-pr.md. Reconcile ambiguous isolated-review wording and stale fixed-model documentation with the authoritative policy and existing inherited binding. No permission or result-schema changes.
Validation
Base/merge-base:
fe60200ee7Head:
5f786a0611Owner-authorized develop PR integration only after review/currentness gates. No main, releases, deployments, cross-repository mutation or product readiness claims.
Integration evidence: fresh native independent whole-PR review returned APPROVE, findings [] and limitations [], for HEAD
5f786a0611against base/merge-basefe60200ee7(review 1/10; prior delivery histories preserved). Reviewer used the same stable checkout with a fresh conversation, independently verified canonical metadata/frozen objects/full delta, and reran offline make check: all 24 tests and formatting/Markdown/links/secrets/types/build/licenses passed. Parent sanitized checks and whole-delta whitespace checks also passed. Exact-HEAD Forgejo PR CI succeeded: https://forgejo.creatidy.com/Creatidy/creatidy-console/actions/runs/25. Fresh MCP and Git currentness match exact approved HEAD/base, clean checkout and open/unmerged develop target. Proceeding with the owner's explicit narrow commit-and-merge instruction, without force/auto-merge, issue closure, main, release or deployment.
