Summary

Reworked README.md around the current user journey, with MCP as a primary integration path and a four-part human documentation map.
Reduced AGENTS.md to durable product, workflow, security, provider-edge, validation and bounded-review rules.
Rephrased stale construction-era wording in current technical documents.
Replaced docs/roadmap.md with concise current direction and preserved the detailed milestone record at docs/history/roadmap.md.
Kept the five focused .kilo/rules files unchanged after reviewing them for verbatim duplication.
Added the deferred model-policy boundary note without changing model-policy.json.
